The MTE BT-4200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of large mechanical components, combining structural rigidity, machining precision, and high operational flexibility. Its robust mechanical construction ensures stable performance during heavy-duty milling operations and long-term reliability in industrial production environments.

The machine features linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, which provide smooth axis movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during machining.

An automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations allows flexible positioning and efficient multi-face machining, making the machine suitable for complex components and multiple working angles.

The machine is equipped with a random vertical tool changer, available with 24 or 30 tool positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool management and reduced setup times.

The coolant-through-spindle system, available at 20 or 50 bar, improves cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting zone. The integrated paper filter system ensures effective coolant filtration, maintaining consistent machining conditions and extending tool life.

For increased versatility, the MTE BT-4200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining and improving productivity when working with complex parts.

Thanks to its large workable dimensions, strong mechanical design, and high machining precision, the MTE BT-4200 is suitable for a wide range of industrial machining applications. The machine can be configured with different CNC control systems, including Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, and Fagor, ensuring compatibility with various production environments.
