CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BT-3200

The MTE BT-3200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of medium and large-sized mechanical components, offering high rigidity, precision, and operational flexibility. Its robust structure ensures stable machining conditions and reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.

The axes are equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic behavior during milling operations.

The machine can be configured with either a manual or automatic milling head, allowing adaptation to different machining requirements. The chain-type vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, ensures efficient tool management and quick tool changes during production.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting zone, improving machining performance and extending tool life.

For greater machining versatility, the MTE BT-3200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), enabling multi-side machining of complex workpieces.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, ensuring proper lubrication of moving components and reducing maintenance requirements over time.
