CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BT-2700

The MTE BT-2700 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining medium and large-sized components, offering a combination of precision, rigidity, and operational flexibility. Its robust mechanical construction ensures stability during demanding milling operations and reliable performance over time.

The axes move on linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, providing smooth movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic response during machining.

The machine is equipped with an automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations, enabling flexible positioning for multi-face machining and increased versatility in complex operations.

Tool management is handled by a random vertical tool changer, available with 24 or 30 tool positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool changes and reduced downtime during machining cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) allows effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting point, improving cutting performance and tool life.

For improved operator ergonomics, the machine features a CNC movable control panel, which can be positioned on the front or side of the machine, making operation and setup easier in different working configurations.

Thanks to its large workable dimensions and high mechanical rigidity, the MTE BT-2700 is well suited for a wide range of industrial milling applications. The machine can also be configured with several CNC control systems, allowing integration into different production environments.
