CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BT-2200

The MTE BT-2200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining medium to large mechanical components with high precision and productivity. Its solid mechanical structure ensures excellent rigidity and stability, allowing reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

The machine is equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, providing smooth axis movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during machining operations.

An automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations allows flexible positioning for multi-face machining, increasing versatility when processing complex components.

The machine features a vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, enabling efficient tool management and reducing downtime during production cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) ensures effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting area, improving machining quality and extending tool life.

For increased flexibility, the MTE BT-2200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining of complex workpieces. The three-speed gearbox provides high torque and optimal spindle performance across a wide range of cutting conditions.
